All non-essential businesses will be expected to close on 5th November 2020 as per Government instruction. This news will also affect all health clubs including us. We will be open until the closure and facilities will be running as expected.

As the payments for your membership were processed early last week, before the decision to close was announced, you may have seen a payment taken out for your membership (Harrow, Dagenham and Hounslow only). Any extra days we are closed (days closed after 5th December) will be credited towards your next payment which will be due on 1st January 2021. There will be no payment debited on 1st December for our Harrow, Dagenham and Hounslow members; you will not be charged when we re-open. Credit will also be applied, if due, to our Hanwell members when the direct debit is processed for 15th December 2020. Hanwell members will not be charged on 15th November. All Annual paid in full members will get the additional days added on to the membership.

Please note we will be doing the adjustments from our side for the Direct Debit. We will take care of everything and there is nothing you need to do.

Our members health and safety is our number one priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and take necessary precautions in line with Government advice. We thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
