All gyms are likely to be forced to close within days. The government official advice is to avoid any clubs ect. Are you going to cancel existing debits when forced to close? I no longer intend to use Goldgym and will cancel the payment soon as my job is in the balance and your venue can not guarantee my safety.

I need to cancel my membership because of the virus and im out of work at the moment until the problem changes

Please confirm that you will be providing members with complimentary freezing of membership indefinitely until the Covid-19 crisis is over. Particularly those vulnerable with health conditions and over 70s. If you are unable to guarantee the safety of vulnerable members, or guarantee you are able to mitigate the spread of the virus during these troubling times, the only responsible thing to do is to close your doors. I look forward to hearing from you on the points above.

Hi. I would like my gym membership to be frozen due to Corona. Other gyms are doing so but why your gym is not responding to those who have requested the same ?

Please confirm freezing of memberships until gyms are safe to use.

I want my membership frozen or cancelled since you no longer provide gym access; if this is not done, I will restrict your ability to withdraw funds. I am out of work due to the virus situation until who knows when.
