Important Information – Read carefully (Updated 25/08/20)

We are pleased to announce we shall be re-opening our doors on the 25th July 2020 as per government guidance. We have been working hard during our temporary closure and have implemented changes to ensure we comply with strict Health and Safety guidelines to keep you and our staff as safe as possible.

Book your visit

You will now be required to book your entry before you visit on each occasion. This can be done via our member log in page HERE. If you have not yet registered, please click HERE. This is vital as it will allow us to keep the number of people limited during the initial opening phase. You will be denied entry unless this step is followed. If you have any difficulty or you do not have an email registered to your account please contact the club via the email addresses listed below. It is important you select your club when making a booking.

During Phase One you will only be allowed a maximum of 45 mins on the gym floor. We have allowed for booking slots to be allocated for 1 hour to allow ample time for you to complete your work-out and leave the premises safely. We ask you follow this rule and not go over your allotted time. Anyone found abusing this will be contacted. The Club will close for a short period each day for a deep clean and during this time no slots will be available for you to book. You may be asked to have your temperature taken with our non-contact IR thermometer. If you show any symptoms do not visit the club. You should call the NHS on 111 and follow the advice given.

Social Distancing

We ask you maintain Social Distancing at all times and keep within the marked spaces on the Gym Floor. In order to maintain social distancing in the clubs we have limited the number of people allowed at the same time. By booking your visit we can monitor the number and make changes if necessary.

Cleaning / Hygiene

We have placed Hand Sanitiser stations around the building. You will be required to use the sanitiser station placed at the main reception before entry into the Gym. We ask that you wipe the equipment using our cleaning stations before and after each use so it is clean for you and the next person. We need your co-operation to make this work successfully. Deep cleaning will take place each night and throughout the day to make working out as safe as we can. As per government advice on Coronavirus it is important you wash your hands with soap and maintain social distancing at all times. Avoid touching your face and use the hand sanitiser stations placed around the floor. We also advise not touch surfaces that are not involved in your work outs.

As the payments were stopped during our temporary closure any credit due will be taken from your next payment. We will make all the adjustments from our side so there is no need for you to do anything with your direct debit.

Changing Rooms and Wet Areas (updated 25/08/20)

The use of the changing room will be limited. Some lockers along with sinks and hairdryers will be shut to maintain social distancing. We recommend you change before and after your visit to the Gym. Some Showers will be open and available to use. Pool has now re-opened and will be subject to social distancing. You are required to book your pool slot via the member portal system online. The Steam / Spa / Sauna and Jacuzzi will remain closed. All water fountains will be closed so it is recommended you bring your own refreshments or purchase them from reception.

There will be no classes running at present due to social distancing restrictions. This will change in the coming weeks and we may need to restrict the number when they do re-open.

Personal Training

Our world class Personal Trainers will be available to book or for you to continue your sessions subject to social distancing.

You may find some equipment / areas may be closed or restricted during Phase One and we do apologise for this. This is a necessary step to ensure everyone’s safety on our premises.

Government Advice on Coronavirus

Please read through the above carefully as it will make everyone’s work-out safer and more enjoyable. We recommend you familiarise yourself with the Government’s advice on Coronavirus which can be found HERE.
