All non-essential businesses will be expected to close on 20th December 2020 as per Government instruction. This news will also affect all health clubs including us. We will be re-open as soon as the government allows us to do so. Please keep an eye on the website for any changes.
As some payments for your membership were processed early last week, before the decision to close was announced, you may have seen a payment taken out for your membership (Hanwell only). This payment will carry forward when we open so there is nothing you need to do with your Direct Debit. We will make any changes from our side. Any time remaining for our Harrow, Dagenham and Hounslow members’ will also be carried forward to when we re-open. You will NOT lose any days you have paid for. All Annual paid in full members will get the additional days added on to the membership.
Please note we will be doing the adjustments from our side for the Direct Debit. We will take care of everything and there is nothing you need to do. Do not cancel any Direct Debits as this will result in us not being able to adjust payments.
Our members health and safety is our number one priority and we will continue to monitor the situation and take necessary precautions in line with Government advice. We thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
