7. You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the “Members Details” set out overleaf.
   
8. If you fail to pay any amount due under this agreement, for a period of more than thirty days, we reserve the right to pass the debt to a third party company for collection. The costs incurred in employing the third party company will be borne by you including costs
   in tracing you should you have changed your address without informing us.

Renewal

9. A:Membership Fee Payable Annually - You will be advised of the cost of the Membership at the time of renewal and will have a period of 30 days in which to make payment in full.
   This fee is non refundable.

OR

9. B: Membership Fee Payable Monthly - After completing the minimum number of direct debit payments we will automatically continue collecting the direct payment amount every month. Your membership will then continue to run on a monthly basis unless written notification is received to cancel. (See 15) Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances. The Monthly Membership Fee may only be amended if we advise you in writing giving 10 days notice.
