Principal Terms

1. This agreement commences once both parties have signed.
2. Your membership starts on the “Start Date” and expires on the “Renewal Date” stated overleaf, subject to the renewal clauses as detailed in sections 9a and 9b.
3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.

Fees and Charges

4. The Joining Fees stated overleaf are due from you to us and are payable on the “Start Date” of this agreement. They are not refundable under any circumstances.

Membership Fee

5. A: Membership Fee Payable Annually. This is due from you to us & is payable on the “Start Date” of this agreement. This fee is non refundable.

OR

5. B: Membership Fee Payable Monthly - is due from you to us and must be paid by direct debit. You are obliged to make the minimum number of direct debit payments with the first one to be collected on the first regular collection date stated overleaf. All subsequent
   fees will become due at consecutive monthly intervals thereafter. You are obliged to make every direct debit payment regardless of non attendance whatever the reason for non attendance may be.
6. If you fail to pay any monies due under this agreement, if any direct debit is returned unpaid, if any cheque is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand an administration fee of £10.
