• Members are asked not to leave any belongings in the lockers over night as this causes congestion of facilities for other members. All lockers are emptied every night and any belongings found in them will be disposed of.
• On joining all members are offered a comprehensive induction and exercise program package this is a complimentary service and we encourage you have your exercise programs assessed and restructured as often as you feel necessary. Because we believe that this will assist in attaining your goals and maintain motivation whilst exercising this service is again complimentary, all we ask is that you book an appointment with an instructor in advance.
• Members must inform the club of any change of contact address or telephone number.
• Members are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions on the reverse of the application form and as stated in the above rules.
